Submit an application for ISIN allocation for bonds.
Submit sanction screening form, the company’s Certificate of registration and group structure, if you are not an existing issuer in Nasdaq CSD system.
Submit Issuer agreement and Issue description along with a certified copy of the Articles of association, excerpt from Shareholder’s/Participant’s meeting on bond issuance, registration order and registration agreement with appendices to register bonds with Nasdaq CSD.
