Required steps to register shares

Submit an application for ISIN allocation for shares.

Submit the sanction screening form, along with a certified copy of the Articles of association, excerpt from board meeting on shares issuance and the company’s Certificate of registration and group structure as well, if you are not an existing issuer with Nasdaq CSD.

Submit issue description and issuer agreement to register shares with Nasdaq CSD.
