Required steps to register funds

Submit an application for ISIN allocation for fund units.

Submit sanction screening form, a certified copy of the Articles of association, excerpt from board meeting on funds units issuance and the company’s Certificate of registration and group structure as well, if you are not an existing issuer in Nasdaq CSD system.

Submit Issue description and Issuer agreement to register investment fund units with Nasdaq CSD.
