Share volume for quarterly maintenance

Starting from 01.07.2025, Nasdaq CSD SE Estonian branch will reduce the frequency of issuing minimum maintenance fee invoices from quarterly to semi-annually.
The change only affects those companies that pay the minimum maintenance fee (12€ + VAT per month), which applies to securities with a market value of up to 80,000€.

Please note that the calculation of the service fee will still be quarterly, only the frequency of issuing invoices will decrease.
