How to register investment fund units with Nasdaq CSD?

Required steps to register a fund

Submit sanction screening form, the management company’s Certificate of registration and group structure, if it is not an existing issuer in Nasdaq CSD system.

Reserve ISIN for the upcoming issue, if needed.

Submit an application for initial registration of securities (fund units) to register fund units with Nasdaq CSD.
