Required steps to register shares

Submit the sanction screening form, the company’s Certificate of registration and group structure, if you are not an existing issuer with Nasdaq CSD.

Reserve an ISIN for the upcoming issue, if needed.

Submit an application for initial registration of securities (shares) to register shares with Nasdaq CSD.
