The shares subscription agreements shall be concluded in the registered address of the Company A. Vivulskio str. 7, Vilnius from 9:00 a. m. to 5:00 p. m. (lunch break from 1:00 p. m. to 2:00 p. m). The shares subscription agreements shall be signed by the direct participation of the shareholder or its duly authorized representative. Shareholders also have the opportunity to sign share subscription agreements with an electronic signature./Pranešimas apie pasiūlymą pasinaudojant pirmumo teise įsigyti NEO Finance, AB naujai išleidžiamų akcijų. Akcijų perleidimas galimas teisės aktų nustatyta tvarka ir terminais. Akcijų pasirašymo sutartys bus sudaromos Bendrovės registruotoje buveinėje, esančioje adresu A. Vivulskio g. 7, Vilnius nuo 9:00 iki 17:00 val. (pietų pertrauka nuo 13:00 iki 14:00 val.). Akcijų pasirašymo sutartys bus pasirašomos tiesiogiai dalyvaujant akcininkui arba jo tinkamai įgaliotam asmeniui. Akcininkams taip pat sudaroma galimybė akcijų pasirašymo sutartis pasirašyti elektroniniu parašu.
