Required steps to register bonds

Submit an application for registration of debt securities (bonds), subscription agreement to Issuer services, list of investors and Terms & Conditions to register bonds with Nasdaq CSD.

In case the investor wishes to transfer bonds to a nominee account, the data of the investor behind the nominee account must also be included in the list of securities owners submitted to Nasdaq CSD Estonian branch. By signing the list, the Issuer confirms that both the Issuer and the investor agree to disclose the information to the account operator. The investor is also obligated to inform their account operator about the upcoming transaction
