How to register your shares with Nasdaq CSD?

Registration with Nasdaq CSD enables easier and more efficient management of shares. Apply for share registration through the simple steps outlined below.

Required steps to register shares

Submit following documents:

an application for initial registration of securities (shares) and subscription agreement to Issuer services to register shares with Nasdaq CSD.
decision of shareholders
list of investors

Submit the sanction screening form, the company’s Certificate of registration and group structure, if there are foreign legal entities among the investors.

For Public Limited Company (AS), add the foundation agreement or a notarized copy of the foundation resolution.

In case of any existing share pledges (in case of a limited liability company), the corresponding application must be submitted.
