How to register your shares with Nasdaq CSD?

Registration with Nasdaq CSD enables easier and more efficient management of shares. Apply for share registration through the simple steps outlined below.

Required steps to register shares

Submit the sanction screening form, the company’s Certificate of registration and group structure, if you are not an existing issuer in Nasdaq CSD system.

Reserve ISIN for the upcoming issue, if needed.

03

Submit respective a certified copy of the Articles of association, registration order and registration agreement with appendices to register shares with Nasdaq CSD.
