From 16 March 2026, exchange offer to UAB SBA FURNITURE GROUP bonds (ISIN code LT0000408908) is launched.
The closing date for execution of the exchange offer is March 25, 2026.
Existing investors have the opportunity to conveniently exchange their current bonds for the newly issued ones*. If investor wish to perform a bond exchange or subscribe for additional bonds, have to contact the financial institution where he holds his securities account of the current bonds or the Issuer at investors@sba.lt for the further instructions.
* Each investor must provide a coupon rate at which he/she subscribes for the bonds. In case of oversubscription, investors bidding at a lower coupon rate have a higher likelihood of being allocated the bonds. Full allocation rules are provided in the bonds Information document.
