The Issuer will exercise its option to partially redeem the outstanding Notes under the following conditions:
i) Early Redemption Date: 19 September 2024;
ii) Partial Redemption Amount: 40% per cent of Nominal Value of the Note;
iii) Interest: together with accrued and unpaid interest from the redeemed amount up to but excluding the Early Redemption Date;
iv) Premium: 1% per annum from the redeemed amount for the time period from the Early Redemption Date to Maturity Date (Final Redemption Date 19 November 2024).
